ECD Teacher Training Instructor
Early Childhood Education & Montessori Teacher Training Program
Chitral Skills Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced education professional to deliver structured, practical and job-oriented teacher training in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Montessori education and early-years teaching.
Requirements
Minimum qualification
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Teaching, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
- Preferred qualifications include B.Ed, M.Ed, MA (preferably Education/related), or MSc in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Montessori and/or ECD/ECE certification or diploma is strongly preferred.
- Strong spoken English and Urdu with the ability to clearly explain concepts and conduct classroom discussions.
Candidate profile
Experience
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in an early-years setting.
- Experience in Montessori schools, preschools, ECD/ECE centres, or similar settings.
- Strong practical teaching competence, lesson planning and curriculum-delivery skills.
- Experience training teachers or adult learners will be an additional advantage.
