Overview

About this programme

This programme is built for aspiring and early-career educators who want to work confidently with young children. You will move beyond theory into practical planning, classroom language, and age-appropriate activities you can use immediately.

We emphasise inclusive practice, positive behaviour guidance, and partnership with families: the skills centres and schools expect from a professional early-years educator.

By the end, you will have a portfolio of lesson outlines, observation notes, and reflective practice evidence you can present to employers.

Market demand

Strong need for trained early-years staff

  • ECD and primary feeder programmes hiring assistant and lead teachers

  • Parents investing in structured pre-primary and enrichment

  • Schools asking for portfolios, demos, and classroom readiness
