About this programme
The Early Childhood Education & Montessori Teacher Training Program is a five-month, job-oriented professional training programme. It is designed to give you the knowledge, practical teaching skills, and professional competencies needed to work with young children in ECD, preschool, Montessori, daycare, and other early-years settings.
Classroom learning is paired with practical training so you can work confidently with children aged 0 to 8. You will cover early childhood education and development, Montessori education, the HighScope approach, phonics in Urdu and English, classroom management, child assessment and observation, professional communication, career development, a supervised practicum, and digital literacy and technology for professional use. That includes lesson planning, activity and teaching-material preparation, Montessori activities, phonics teaching, teaching demonstrations, and child observation.
This intake is females only. Applicants should be 20 to 35 years old, with Intermediate or equivalent and above (FA, FSc, ICS, I.Com, A-Levels, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent). Teaching experience is not required.
Morning classes run five days a week, three hours a day, with a maximum batch size of 20. Admissions for September 2026 close on 13 September 2026, with the assessment test on 15 September 2026. Students who complete attendance, academic and practical assessments, practicum, and the final assessment receive a Certificate of Completion in ECD & Montessori Teaching. Chitral Skills Academy does not guarantee employment.
