Choosing a programme is a big step. Once you are enrolled, we want the next phase to feel clear rather than overwhelming.
You will receive information on schedule, location, and what to bring, usually a notebook, a willingness to ask questions, and patience with yourself as new tools feel awkward at first.
Intro sessions cover expectations, safeguarding basics where relevant, and how to reach staff if you need support. The best outcomes come when learners commit to showing up, doing the small assignments, and telling us early if something is not working.
